Hans-Josef Fell

Hans-Josef Fell is co-author of the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), and former Bundestag deputy of the green political party in Germany, called Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen. Without the EEG, which first version came into force on 1 April 2000, much less electricity would be generated from renewables in the German grid today. Hans-Josef Fell is concerned about global contexts: why renewable Energies could be the key to peace and how the energy transition can succeed worldwide.
